Warranty/Returns

a. Pricebusters will replace or refund at our discretion any product or part shipped (within 30 days). Incorrectly shipped items are included in this category. Damages in shipping are either obvious or hidden on delivery. Should damage be obvious on delivery we ask that you accept shipment. Take pictures of damage so we may send to carrier if necessary. We will ship replacement missing parts or damaged product within 4 business days. No need for customers to await carrier disposition.

b. Any shipped product may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product at customers expense regardless of reason. Returned products must be in original cartons with original packing. All returns must receive advance authorization. We will assist customer in finding the least expensive return method.

c. Refunds will be issued as they were purchased credit card or finance option.

d. Mattresses out of original plastic are not eligible for returns.

e. Defective items customers do not desire replacement for, will be issued as store credit, that does not expire.

f. Warranty: All furniture listed on Pricebusters site has a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Most mattresses have extended non prorated warranties. Check listings for mattress warranty term.
